    The goal of the 30-Day Chiron Gong Challenge is to help you experience the healing power of sound through daily gong sessions. Each day, we will focus on a different aspect of the gong’s vibrations and how they can benefit your body, mind, and spirit.

    On Day 16, we will focus on using the gong to express ourselves through sensation. The gong can be used as a tool for self-expression, and its vibrations can be used to create a variety of sensations in the body. This can be a powerful way to connect with our emotions and release any pent-up energy or tension.


    What are sensations?

    Sensations are physical feelings that you experience. They are different than emotions which are more intangible and mental. Sensations can include any physical feeling, such as achy muscles, pressure, lightheadedness, and warmth.

    Playing a gong can cause a variety of sensations in your body. The vibrations from the gong are powerful and can penetrate deep into the body, causing strong waves of energy to move through your muscles and joints.

    Some of the most common sensations experienced during a gong session include deep relaxation, a comforting warmth, and tingling in the arms and legs. Other people may experience a shaking sensation or a burning sensation in the nerves. It all depends on how you respond to the vibrations of the gong and how the energy moves through your body.

    These sensations can be incredibly powerful. They can help to release any stored tension or energy in your body. They can also be a powerful form of self-expression, allowing you to more deeply understand your body and what it needs.

  • Sensing Change in Your Body with Felt Sense: Day 12- 15 of 30-Day Chiron Gong Challenge

    On day 12- 15 of our 30-Day Chiron Gong Challenge, we focus on sensing a change in your body with the felt sense. The felt sense is a way of knowing that is based on our direct experience of the body. It is a primary mode of awareness that enables us to feel and understand the complex, interconnected systems of our bodies.

    The felt sense is a powerful tool for health and well-being. It can help us to identify and release tensions in the body, connect with our inner wisdom, and find a deeper understanding of our physical and emotional needs.

    What is Felt Sense?

    The felt sense is a way of paying attention that starts inside the body. To experience felt sense, it is important to focus on the body, but not to attach to any particular feeling or sensation. Instead, you make yourself open to the field of bodily sensation, allowing a greater awareness of the inherent intelligence of the body.

    The felt sense is a place of awareness that can be accessed by bringing mindful attention to the body. From this place of awareness, we can start to notice underlying states, sensations, and emotions that may be occurring unconsciously. This form of embodied awareness allows us to be more deeply in tune with our body’s inner wisdom and to make decisions more based on our needs rather than what our mind says we should do.

    By becoming more sensitive to the subtle signals and sensations of the body, we can bring greater clarity and connection to our lives. Felt sense offers us a new way of listening that has the potential to open us up to a deeper understanding.

    The Chiron Gong challenge is a great way to get to know your body and improve your health. On day 8 of the challenge, you will focus on getting to know your body with touch. This will involve using your hands to massage your body and using touch to stimulate your pressure points.

    Touch is a powerful tool that can be used to heal the body. It is a form of communication that can be used to relax the mind and body and increase circulation and decrease pain. Touch can also be used to diagnose illness and to find areas of the body that need attention.

    The Chiron Gong challenge is a great way to get to know your body and improve your health. On day 8 of the challenge, you will focus on getting to know your body with your touch and listening to the sounds of Chiron Gong for twenty minutes.

The warrior within is our self-advocate, keeping us on track to accomplish our goals and dreams, while still honoring and celebrating our journey. Through the power of the warrior within us, we can go confidently in the direction of our dreams.

    The WARRIOR WITHIN is a powerful archetype that exists within everyone. It is the part of us that is brave, fearless, and warrior-like. The problem is that many of us have lost touch with this part of ourselves. We tend to suppress it because it doesn’t fit with the image, we have of ourselves.

    The good news is that it is never too late to integrate the Warrior Within. One way to do this is by challenging yourself physically, mentally, and emotionally.
    The Chiron Gong Challenge is a great way to do this. It is a 30-day challenge that will push you to your limits and help you to reconnect with your Warrior Within.

    Welcome to Day 7 of the 30-Day Chiron Gong Challenge!

    Today’s focus is on finding the warrior within and identifying your shadow self. The shadow self is the part of ourselves that we repress and keep hidden from the world. It is often seen as the dark side of our personality. We usually try to keep our shadow self hidden because we are afraid of how others will react if they see it.


    However, the shadow self is an important part of our personality and it can be used to our advantage. When we embrace our shadow self, we can use it to become more successful, creative, and happy.

    So today, we are going to challenge you to identify your shadow self. It is important to remember that there is no right or wrong answer. This is about exploring what is hidden within you. Are you ready to begin?
    Don’t be afraid to face your fear

    While it is important to identify your shadow self, it is equally important not to be afraid of facing your fear. Fear can be a powerful emotion but it is also one that can be conquered.


    Learning to confront your fears can make you a stronger person and open up many opportunities for growth and success. Remember, fear is just a feeling and it can be easily overcome.


    When you face your fears head-on, you can become more confident and find the courage to pursue what you truly want in life. You can step outside your comfort zone and take risks that could potentially lead to a rewarding and fulfilling life.


    So don’t be afraid to face your fear and come out the other side a victorious warrior!

    The mind, body, and sound are all connected, and when we focus on them, we can achieve a state of harmony. This state of harmony is known as resonance, and it is the key to a healthy mind, body, and spirit.

    Start by finding a comfortable place to sit or lie down. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. As you breathe, feel your body relax and your mind become still.

    Once you are in a state of relaxation, begin to focus on the sound of the gong. Listen to the sound as it fills your entire being. Feel the vibration of the sound as it resonates through your body.

    Allow the sound of the gong to take you on a journey. Follow the sound as it leads you to a place of peace and tranquility.
