When I feel connected with my body,
I am in tune with every breath,

I am aware of my muscles,
Strong and capable,
Moving with purpose and grace,
As I stretch and reach,

The strength that lies dormant,
Waiting to be unleashed.

I am connected to my senses,
Each one heightened,
Each one alive,
I can taste the sweetness of a ripe strawberry,
Smell the earthy scent of freshly turned soil,
See the vibrant colors of a sunset,
Feel the coolness of a breeze on my skin,
Hear the melodic chirping of birds,
I am fully present,
Fully aware,
Fully alive.

When I feel connected with my body,
I am in touch with my emotions,
Allowing them to rise and fall,
To ebb and flow,
I am not afraid of feeling,
Of experiencing,
Of being vulnerable,
I embrace all that I am,
All that I feel,
I am a vessel for love,
For joy,
For sadness,
For anger,
For passion,
For every emotion that exists,
I am open and accepting,
Of myself,
Of others,
Of the world around me.

I am connected to my breath,
Breathing deeply and intentionally,
Feeling the oxygen fill my lungs,
Fueling my body,
Calming my mind,
I am present in this moment,
In this breath,
In this body,
I am grateful for the gift of life,
For the gift of being able to experience,
To feel,
To connect.

When I feel connected with my body,
I am at peace,
With who I am,
With where I am,
With where I am going,
I trust in myself,
In my intuition,
In my strength,
In my ability to navigate this journey called life,
I am grounded,
Centered,
Balanced,
I am connected to my inner self,
To my higher self,
To the universe that surrounds me,
I am one with all that is,
All that was,
All that will be.

When I feel connected with my body,
I am whole,
Complete,
Perfectly imperfect,
I am a miracle,
A wonder,
A masterpiece,
I am a soul,
A spirit,
A being of light and love,
I am connected,
To everything,
To everyone,
To myself,
And in this connection,
I find peace,
I find joy,
I find purpose,
