Gentle with Myself

In the quiet moments, I find solace deep,
A gentle touch, a promise to keep.
With tender whispers, I calm my soul,
Embracing self-love, making myself whole.

I let go of judgments, release all doubt,
Treating myself kindly, without any clout.
I am a vessel of love, a captive of grace,
Nurturing my spirit, finding my own pace.

Gentle with myself, I let healing flow,
Allowing wounds to mend, letting them go.
For in the gentle touch of my own hand,
I discover strength, where I once couldn’t stand.

With each breath, I breathe in peace and trust,
Embracing self-compassion, a must.
I cherish my flaws, my imperfections too,
For in gentleness, I find growth anew.

So I shall be kind, patient, and true,
To the one who is me, in all that I do.
For in gentleness, I find my inner wealth,
A harmony with myself, my truest self.
